1.1 This website is operated by Skynode. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skynode. Skynode offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
1.2 By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
1.3 Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
2.1 We reserve the right to terminate/suspend your server(s) or service at any time upon violation of the terms of service, or any other basis if needed. If a server is found abusing our service we have the right to suspend the server. Abusing may include but not limit to the following: 1. High CPU Usage, 2. Cause harm to the server, 3. Discussion of illegal activities (voice), 4. Using the service for something it is not designed to, 5. Distributed Denial of Service Attacks (DDOS).
3.1 We are not responsible for any downtime caused by a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) or DoS (Denial of Service) attacks. If a DDoS or DoS attack is targeted at a specific client service, this may result in the targeted service being suspended until further notice.
4.1 We are not to be held responsible for any data losses. We recommend users to make regular off-site backups of their servers in case of faulty machines, bad modifications, etc. We do not provide backup recoveries.
5.1 Skynode provides free servers for everyone. To give everyone a chance to claim a server there is a limit of one server per account. It is not allowed to register multiple accounts. If it is found out that a client is managing multiple accounts which are registered under different IP addresses the affected server(s) will be terminated. Servers may be terminated without the consent of the client.
